These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, online store, and related services operated by 28 Squared Studios Inc., under the trade name Tags on Tags (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, browsing, or transacting through our website (the “Site”), you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Site.

The Site is provided solely for lawful purposes and for the personal, non-commercial use of individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. For purchases of alcoholic products, including but not limited to IGIN Apple Gin and related beverages, you further represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the minimum legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process, and you acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to cancel any transaction where age verification or compliance with applicable law cannot be confirmed.

All intellectual property displayed or made available on the Site, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, product designs, images, graphics, software, and written content, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, resale, or other unauthorized use of such intellectual property is strictly prohibited without the Company’s prior written consent.

By using the Site, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfering with its operation or security, misrepresenting your identity, violating intellectual property rights, or engaging in any activity that contravenes local, national, or international law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of products, or reliance on its content. The Company’s maximum aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. You expressly acknowledge and agree that risk of loss transfers to you once the product is delivered to the carrier. The Company shall not be held responsible for courier delays, customs seizures, or failures arising from circumstances beyond its control.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes shall take effect immediately upon posting on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after such posting shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines.
