Refund, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
This Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which customers (“Customer” or “you”) may seek remedies for products purchased from Tags on Tags, a trade name operated by 28 Squared Studios Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our website or affiliated sales channels, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this Policy, which forms an integral part of the contractual agreement between you and the Company.
The Company operates on a strict “all sales are final” basis. As a general rule, the Company does not permit returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, processed, or delivered. Exceptions to this general rule shall only be granted in the limited circumstances expressly set forth herein or where otherwise mandated by applicable law. Customers are advised to review all product details, descriptions, sizing, and specifications carefully prior to purchase, as regret, dissatisfaction, or “change of mind” shall not constitute valid grounds for refund, return, or exchange.
In the event that a product is received in defective or damaged condition, the Customer must notify the Company in writing within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of delivery. Such notice must include the original order confirmation, photographic evidence of the defect or damage, and a written description of the alleged issue. The Company reserves the sole right to determine, in its absolute discretion, whether a product shall be deemed defective or damaged for the purpose of this Policy. Should the Company accept the Customer’s claim, the Company may, at its election, provide either (a) a replacement product of the same kind and quantity, subject to availability, or (b) store credit in the equivalent value of the original purchase price. Monetary refunds shall only be issued in the event that neither replacement nor store credit can reasonably be provided.
Alcoholic products, including but not limited to IGIN Apple Gin and related beverages, are specifically excluded from eligibility for return or exchange, except where such products are demonstrably defective at the time of delivery. Due to regulatory restrictions and health considerations, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for alcoholic beverages that have been opened, tampered with, improperly stored, or consumed in whole or in part. Similarly, perishable items, promotional products, sale merchandise, and limited-edition collectibles are sold on a strictly final basis and shall not qualify for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance.
In cases where a return is authorized by the Company, the Customer shall bear sole responsibility for all costs associated with the return shipment, including but not limited to courier fees, customs duties, and taxes. Risk of loss or damage during return transit shall remain with the Customer until the product has been physically received and inspected by the Company. The Company shall not be held liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Upon receipt, returned products shall undergo inspection, and the Company reserves the right to reject any return that fails to comply with this Policy.
The Company expressly disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from defective or damaged products, delays in processing claims, or the unavailability of replacement stock. The remedies described herein shall constitute the Customer’s exclusive remedies with respect to defective, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming goods, and the Company’s entire liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product in dispute.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
