Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Tags on Tags, a trade name operated by 28 Squared Studios Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “you”) expressly agree to the provisions below, which form an integral part of the purchase agreement between you and the Company.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed by the Company.
  

• Processing times may vary depending on product availability, promotional periods, and order volume. The Company does not guarantee same-day processing or dispatch.
  

• Estimated processing time is generally 3–7 business days, but may be longer at the Company’s discretion without liability for delay.
  
  

2. Shipping and Delivery (Philippines Only)

• The Company only ships within the Philippines. No international shipments are accepted.
  

• The Company uses third-party logistics providers and couriers of its choice. The Company reserves the sole right to select, change, or substitute shipping providers without notice.
  

• All risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the Customer once the order is handed over to the courier. The Company is not liable for courier delays, failed delivery attempts, or any events outside its direct control.
  

• Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only. The Company does not warrant or guarantee exact delivery dates.
  
  

3. Serviceable Areas and Exclusions

• While we ship nationwide, certain areas may not be serviceable by our logistics partners. Orders placed with delivery addresses in these areas may be automatically cancelled and refunded.
  

• Common out-of-delivery zones (ODZ) and restricted service areas include, but are not limited to:
  

• Batanes (Region II), Isabela
  

• Remote islands of Palawan (e.g., Coron, Cuyo, Kalayaan)
  

• Some areas of Masbate, Romblon, and Catanduanes
  

• Mountainous or conflict-affected regions in Mindanao (e.g., certain parts of Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Maguindanao del Sur/Norte)
  

The Company reserves the right to update the list of excluded areas at any time, depending on courier serviceability.

4. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including delayed, failed, or refused deliveries.
  

• The Customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The Company shall not be held responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the Customer.
  

• If a shipment is returned to sender due to Customer error (e.g., refusal of delivery, incorrect address, failure to claim parcel), the Customer remains liable for all associated shipping, return, and re-delivery costs.
  

5. Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Parcels

• Couriers will generally make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If delivery fails after these attempts or if the Customer does not claim the parcel within the courier’s holding period, the order shall be deemed abandoned.
  

• Abandoned orders will not be eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit.
  

6. Limited Liability

• The Company’s liability for any claim relating to shipping or delivery shall in no event exceed the amount of the shipping fee actually paid by the Customer.
  

• Under no circumstance shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of use, profits, or business opportunity) arising from shipping delays, loss, or courier performance.
  

7. Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• All risk of shipment transfers once the order is dispatched.
  

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  

• The Company has no control over courier timelines and cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  

• Certain regions of the Philippines may not be serviceable, and the Company may cancel such orders at its discretion.
