This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which 28 Squared Studios Inc. a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and operating under the trade name Tags on Tags (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, processes, stores, discloses, and protects the personal data of individuals (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) who access or use our website, online platforms, products, and services (collectively, the “Site”). This Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (the “DPA”), together with its implementing rules and regulations.

By voluntarily providing personal data to the Company, by accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy, and you hereby consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using the Site.

The Company collects personal data that you provide directly, including but not limited to your name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, payment details, and proof of age or identity where legally required for restricted products such as alcoholic beverages. We may likewise collect information automatically through your use of the Site, such as IP addresses, device identifiers, browsing history, cookies, and transaction records. By providing such data, you consent to its collection, storage, and use for the purposes set out herein.

We process personal data for legitimate business purposes, which include but are not limited to the fulfillment and delivery of orders, verification of identity and age, provision of customer support, improvement and personalization of the Site and our services, conduct of marketing, promotions, remarketing, and targeted advertising, enforcement of contractual and legal obligations, and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, and you acknowledge that the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of your data and that you provide such data at your own risk.

In accordance with the DPA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing, withdraw consent, and file complaints with the National Privacy Commission. Any such requests must be made in writing to the Company using the contact details provided below. Please note that withdrawal of consent may prevent the Company from delivering certain services or fulfilling your orders.

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time, without prior notice, and such amendments shall take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines.
